For over 14 years

my clinical journey has been driven by the belief that movement has the power to transform lives. After earning my Master degree in Physiotherapy in Community Rehabilitation

I spent my early career helping patients recover from pain and surgeries. Yet

my perspective soon evolved. I realised the most powerful work a physiotherapist can do happens before injury or dysfunction ever develops. This sparked a deep passion for preventive care

shifting my focus toward helping people understand their bodies and build foundational strength

rather than simply treating symptoms after they appear.

What I Work With

Core Capabilities

Four areas of practice, each with its own assessment, programme and progression.

Prenatal Physio Classes and Treatments

Prenatal physiotherapy is the active, structural preparation your body needs. With clinical movement to stabilise your lower back, protect your core, and build the pelvic floor resilience required for labour.

Postnatal Physio Classes and Treatments

True postpartum recovery requires rebuilding your physical foundation from the inside out. We guide you through the precise clinical movements needed to heal abdominal separation, strengthen your pelvic floor, and relieve the physical fatigue of new motherhood.

Women’s Health Physio

A specialised clinical discipline dedicated to rehabilitating and strengthening a woman’s unique musculoskeletal and pelvic foundation.

Strength Training and Yoga Classes

Fitness should build your body up, not wear it down. Our dual approach combines targeted clinical strength with mindful yoga to create a pain-free, deeply supported structural foundation.

Why physiotherapy, calisthenics and yoga together?

Physiotherapy repairs the injury. On its own it returns you to the same body that got injured in the first place. Calisthenics builds the control that keeps the repair intact, and yoga gives back the range and the breathing that let you use it. I want you leaving stronger and more aware of what your body can do than you were before — not merely out of pain.
